The support department at RanTek assists our resellers and end users with a wide range of technical tasks. We offer our services by telephone, email, or on-site. Examples are:

The RanTek support team offers basic support services, often as part of a maintenance agreement, as well as value-added services and consultancy. Depending on the customer requirements we offer anything from pre-paid consultancy hours for a single product installation to a fully managed service covering large product implementations.
