The RASP program is available to partners that demonstrate a successful track record selling Riverbed solutions, and willing to provide a high standard of 24x7 level 1 and level 2 operational support services. RanTek A/S was the first RASP partner in the EMEA region, and has been delivering support on behalf of Riverbed since. By having service and support delivered from a RASP partner, our customers will be ensured that the support handling will be executed with the highest standards defined by Riverbed.
